We run the ten minutes
that customers never see.

Node10 Integration is the operations layer behind fast commerce. We take ownership of the floor — inventory, fulfilment, workforce and dispatch — and run it to the clock.

One order, one cycle

Ten ticks, one per minute — the full window, from the order landing to the doorstep.

00:00
Elapsed
  • 00–02 Order lands

Assigned by zone, not by queue position.

  • 02–05 Pick

Fast-moving SKUs sit on the shortest route.

  • 05–07 Pack and check

The checkpoint that keeps wrong items out of the bag.

  • 07–08 Rider handover

Staged so the bag moves the moment the rider arrives.

  • 08–10 In transit

Out of our hands, on the delivery partner's clock.

01What we do

Six things, run properly,
every shift.

Deliberately warehouse-first. It is what a dark store needs today, and what a fulfilment centre or distribution hub needs tomorrow.

01

Site operations

Complete ownership of the floor: layout, zoning, shelf discipline and the daily running of a high-density facility.

02

Inventory management

Thousands of SKUs placed for minimum pick time, cycle-counted for accuracy and reconciled against system stock.

03

Order fulfilment

Pick, pack, verify and label under a live clock, with the process built so that speed does not cost accuracy.

04

Dispatch and last mile

Staging, handover and rider or driver coordination, so the consignment moves the moment transport arrives.

05

Workforce and compliance

Hiring, training, rostering and statutory compliance — PF, ESIC and bonus, run correctly and on time.

06

New site setup

Empty premises to live fulfilment: racking, process design, hiring and the ramp to steady-state volume.

02Why the minute matters

A minute is a
unit of volume.

At quick commerce tempo, throughput is not measured in shipments per week. It is measured per minute — and a minute saved on the floor compounds across every order in every shift.

3orders / min
180
Orders per hour
At sustained peak tempo.
2,880
Orders per day
Across a 16-hour operating day.
11,520
Items picked per day
At an average basket of four items.
20s
Seconds per order
The gap between one order and the next.

The day is not flat

Demand arrives in waves. Staffing to the average means failing at the peak — rostering is built around these two windows.

Illustrative model, not reported figures. The slider runs on its own — grab it to set your own peak rate. Assumes a 16-hour operating day and a four-item average basket. Beyond roughly ten orders a minute you are modelling a cluster of sites rather than a single store.

03Inside the store

The shortest route
is designed, not lucky.

Two stores can hold identical stock and run at completely different speeds. The difference is where things sit. Watch the same order picked under both.

Runs on its own, alternating between the two — tap either button to hold one. Illustrative: same store, same order, only the shelf placement changes. Walking speed 1.2 m/s, 150 picks per shift.

04Where we operate

Quick commerce is where we
prove it. Not where we stop.

Dark stores are the hardest version of the same problem — tightest clock, densest SKU mix, least room for error. An operation built to clear that bar travels well. Stated plainly, here is today and here is next.

Quick commerce dark stores

Full operational ownership of stores for leading platforms, running to the ten-minute fulfilment window.

Operating today

Warehousing and inventory

High-density storage, placement strategy, cycle counting and stock accuracy across thousands of SKUs.

Operating today

E-commerce fulfilment

Multi-order picking, packing and courier handover for online retail — a longer clock, the same discipline.

Expanding into

Distribution and middle mile

Hub operations, load planning and onward movement between warehouses and retail points.

Expanding into

Contract logistics and 3PL

Running dedicated facilities end to end for brands and retailers under a managed services agreement.

Four steps, one clock

Every order runs the same path. The discipline is keeping that path short and identical — order after order, site after site.

01

Order lands

Assigned by zone rather than queue position, so pickers never cross the floor twice.

02

Pick

Placement is planned so the highest-velocity SKUs sit on the shortest route.

03

Pack and check

Verified, packed and labelled — the checkpoint that keeps returns down.

04

Handover

Staged for the rider or driver so the bag is moving the moment they arrive.
